Where can I find a list of open studies?
We do not publically publish lists of open studies to mitigate fraud. However, should a study that suits your profile arise, you will be contacted by email. Alternatively you can register. Once you are verified, you will be able to see the surveys coming up.
How often will I get invited to a survey?
Depending on how specific your condition is, between every month to every six months.
How do I update my profile?
Login, click your name at the top left, then account. After clicking Account, click Personal or Condition. From here you can change/update any of your signup information, including password change.
How soon after completing a study will I get paid?
You will be paid once the survey is completed and all responses are verified to be correct. This will be normally between 1 week and 4 weeks

Why didn’t I qualify for a study?
Many studies have criteria in addition to those you provided – such as whether you are (or are not) a smoker. These criteria are generally unfeasible to ask as general questions and so are asked within the survey.
How do I get paid?
You will typically be paid through Amazon redeemable gift vouchers. In certain studies where the protocol requires cash payments, paypay will be used.

Do you sell my personal data?
No, we never sell your personal data. Your personal data is only used to find relevant surveys, to verify the quality of responses, for payment and for account administration.
Will I get marketing emails or calls?
No, we will never sell you anything or give your name to anyone who will. You will only receive emails when there is a survey or there is some necessary account administration such as payment or quality issues.
Is my privacy protected?
Yes, your personal data is protected by the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have a wide array of rights as to the use, transfer, revocation and content of your data. Within the lawfulness of those provisions (e.g. explicit consent, legal requirement.
Can patients/caregivers from any country be members?
Yes, however with most surveys being conducted in North America, Europe, Japan and Oceania, members from outside these areas may receive fewer invitations.
